When everyone is worried about only one thing in this Coronavirus because that’s the most dangerous virus in the world which so far killed thousands of people. Jeff Bezos, who is the world’s richest man and the founder of Amazon, has recently found visiting Amazon warehouses during the crisis. Jeff Bezos, on Wednesday, went to the Amazon fulfillment center, where he interacted with several employees who are working tirelessly during these difficult times.
The video of Jeff Bezos visiting the Amazon fulfillment center posted by the company’s official page on Twitter. In this video, one can see Jeff greeting his employees while wearing a face mask and following the required precautions not to get diagnosed with Coronavirus. Earlier, many people criticized him for making workers work during the difficult times, and now Jeff made it sure that his workers are safe and getting salaries on time.
Even this decision is also not liked by some people, but many are appreciating Jeff’s response because visiting a warehouse where workers are working is quite appreciating. He also went to a Whole Foods center where while meeting his employees, he jokingly said that he couldn’t shake their hands because of the obvious reasons. Currently, many businesses are getting affected because of the coronavirus outbreak, and Amazon is also one of those companies which are making sure that their customers get daily foods and necessary items delivered to them in this difficult time.
Even when questions are asked about the location of the Amazon warehouse, media representatives didn’t respond to these questions directly. However, such a kind gesture from business gives a good indication that employers also care about their employees. Last week workers from Amazon warehouse and whole foods demanded paid leave by considering the current situation.
