5 tips for enjoying a high-tech trip with confidence

If you are planning a vacation trip or a business trip and a leisure trip in 2020, here are some tips to minimize stress and pain.

# 1: Use appropriate bags to store and transport the cargo

Technology in the pockets and handbags is limited. Moreover, if you go out for a long time, you need more skills than usual. And to make your life easier, you have a bag designed with technology like a laptop or tablet. I have tried many bags recently, but the one I currently choose is the Kodiak Gearslinger Maxpedition. This is a shoulder bag large enough to swallow hotspots, chargers, and cables MacBook Pro, iPad Pro.

# 2: simplify

Do not have too much. After a week, you will feel like every pound of an ounce. Ideally, use a charger to remove all devices (USB-A and USB-C) with a minimum of charging cable. Spare parts are excellent, but do not forget to transport them. You can buy a replacement cable or charger if you need it, except when you go out.

# 3: load when there is

If you often travel, recharge your device if you have the opportunity. While sleeping, I can charge an iPhone, iPad, MacBook Pro, and Power Bank to recharge everyone. There is a lot of room for problems because you’re carrying a power bank big enough to charge your MacBook Pro or iPhone seven times, but you do not have to be satisfied (because the power bank can be broken, lost, or stolen). The charger and cable are correctly contained in the purse and used each time you access the outlet.

# 4: ready to write data

If you are used to the fast and unlimited Internet at home or the office, you can expect to ruin 3G / 4G cellular data. Watching videos on YouTube and scrolling a few minutes on Facebook can consume gigabytes of data. Know how much mobile phone data your smartphones and tablets can access, and how accurately you will get roaming data and the associated costs when you go abroad. Exceeding your data, quota can quickly become very expensive, especially overseas.

# 5: Consider using some technologies at home

Do you need a smartphone, tablet, or laptop? Not only must you carry it, but also note that you are vulnerable to damage or theft while on the move. Make sure you have enough insurance to buy at least all the toys. Also, make sure not to let the water run on your warranty card to add and replace lost or stolen items on your smartphone, laptop, tablet, DSLR.
